Protection Principle:

        Current instantaneous trip protection

        1.RLP1 current instantaneous trip protection-“turn on”

        2.Any phase current sampling value of protective current IA (IB) IC≧current instantaneous trip protection constant value (Idz0).

        Protector action exit C7/C8, while driving the fault signaling relay C1/C3 (return after 10s).  Panel emergency lamp lights.

 

Over current protection

        1.RLP2 over current protection--“turn on”

        2.Any phase current sampling value of protective current IA (IB) IC≧over current protection constant value(Idz2)

        3.Collected current time from start to end ≧ over current delay

        Protector action exit C7/C8, while driving the fault signaling relay C1/C3 (return after 10s).  Panel emergency lamp lights.

 

Low voltage

        1.RLP3 low voltage--“turn on”; switch is closed

        2.Any of the two phase line voltage sampling value≦low voltage constant value(Udz1)

        3.Low voltage sampling delay time≧ low voltage delay(tuzd1)

        4.Protector action exit C7/C8, while driving the fault signaling relay C1/C3 (return after 10s).  Panel emergency lamp lights.

 

Over voltage

        1.RLP4  over voltage--“turn on”; switch is closed

        2.Any of the two phase line voltage sampling value≧over voltage constant value(Udzh)

        3.over voltage sampling delay time≧ over voltage delay(tuzd2)

Unbalanced voltage

        1.RLP5 unbalanced voltage--“turn on”;

PT line-break

        1.RLP7 PT line-break--“turn on”;

        2.a. The maximum line voltage is less than 30V, and any phase protective current is greater than 0.3A;

        b. Negative sequence voltage is greater than 8V;

        If meet any of the above conditions and the delay time of device over 10s, it happens PT line break
