busbar PT Parallel protection measuring and control device apply to 35KV、10KV and below voltage level of Measurement, protection, and coordinate of double bus PT,also achieve the same voltage of two PT parallel.The protection device is provided with the protection of Ⅰbusbar Over voltage、low voltage、Pressure loss、busbar Insulation monitoring and Ⅱbusbar over voltage 、 Low voltage, voltage loss、busbar Insulation monitoring；all these function mainly applies to the measurement and control of 35KV and below voltage mid entry PT cabinet.

Description: in the conditions, the protection function can be increased to meet the needs of the field.
 
remote control function:
01. ⅠVoltage segment：UA1、UB1、UC1、U01、UAB1、UBC1、UCA1；
02.  ⅡVoltage segment：UA2、UB2、UC2、U02、UAB2、UBC2、UCA2。
 
control function:
Manual parallel, automatic;
auxiliary function：
   01. Operation instruction: when the device is running normally, "on" indicator light flashes regularly;
   02 Power instruction: when the device is operating normally, the "power" indicator is always on;
   03.Device exception: self check error, blocking relay out;
   04．Device alarm: the initial value of the voltage to achieve the set and to maintain the time to set;

   06. Closing Position instruction: the position instruction of the status of the knife gate;
   07.Event records: can record 32 events, 32 remote events, 8 self test events;

Protective action principle
Over voltage
 
1)Over voltage－“in service”；
2)．Three-phase line voltage Uab、Ubc、Uca Maximum line voltage ≧ Over voltage fixed value（Udz1）；
3)．The voltage sampling delay time or over voltage delay;
Meet the above conditions, the device immediately reported to the voltage alarm，Drive alarm signal relay B15/B16（Until the manual reset，Relay then returns），The panel warning light is on.
 
low voltage1)．low voltage－“in service”；
2)．Three-phase line voltage Uab、Ubc、Uca all ≦ Low voltage setting（Udz2）；
3)．Three phase line voltage Uab、Ubc、Uca all≧30V；
4)．Low voltage sampling delay time≧Low voltage delay；
Meet the above conditions, the device immediately reported low voltage alarm, and drive alarm signal relayB15/B16（Until the manual, before returning to the relay），The panel warning light is on.
 
 PT line-break1）．PT Break－“in service”；
2）．Three-phase line voltage Uab、Ubc、Uca Arbitrary phase≧ PT line-break set value（Udz3），One of the remaining two phase sampling values < PT line-break set value（Udz3）；
Meet the above conditions, the device reported PT disconnection alarm,Drive alarm signal relay B15/B16（Until the manual reset，Relay only returns），The panel warning light is on.
 
PT no-voltage 
1)．PT no-voltage －“in service”；
2)．Three-phase line voltage Uab、Ubc、Uca Are less than PT Loss of pressure(Udz4)；     Meet the above conditions，device display PT no-voltage  alarm，Drive alarm signal relay B15/B16（Until the manual reset,Relay only returns），The panel warning light is on.

2)．Zero sequence voltage≧Bus insulation monitoring fixed value;

PT Parallel
1）Ⅱ busbar PT Parallel
  a．ⅠSegment all line voltage is less thanⅠsegment PT Loss of pressure;
  b．ⅡSegment all line voltages greater thanⅡsegment PT Loss of pressure;
  When C7=1；protect action,the drive relay B3/B4、B7/B8、B11/B12，The light of the panel "parallel" light,shows the “Ⅱbusbar PT Parallel”.
 
2）Ⅰbusbar  PT Parallel
 a．ⅡSegment all line voltage is less than Ⅱsegment PT Loss of pressure;
  b．ⅠSegment all line voltages greater thanⅠsegment PT Loss of pressure;
 When C7=1 protect action,the drive relay B5/B6、B9/B10、B13/B14,The light of the panel "parallel" light,shows the “Ⅱbusbar  PT Parallel”.
